This is especially true with caregivers who are always by their client's side. Clients are the center of the profession and knowing how to care for them is essential to avoid distrust and frustration that may lead to uncooperativeness to improve their condition. Proper client care means it's predictive, preventive, personalized, participative or simply: client-centered.
Client-centered care focuses on understanding their behavior, preventing the advancement of their condition, focusing on them as a person rather than as an illness, and requires clients to work together with the healthcare worker rather than healthcare workers shouldering all of the progression for them to give them a sense of achievement and growth at their stage in life. The Client Care: Foundation on Client-Centered Care course will focus on building on top of pre-existing understanding of client-centered care by providing your caregivers a clear idea of what it means to do client-centered care through understanding the beliefs and principles & applying techniques that enables your caregivers into engaging their clients to improving their quality of life together.
